The NCLA Leadership Institute is a fantastic opportunity for librarians who currently serve (or hope to someday serve) in leadership roles. Participants build skills in leadership and mentoring, cultivate an improved understanding of themselves and others, and are inspired to serve in leadership roles within the library profession at local, state, and national levels. This session will feature several past Leadership Institute participants, who will share their experiences briefly before opening the floor to questions.
